This is where you'll find pictures of Joel from the movie, Boulevard.  The movie stars Kari Wuhrer (Maggie Beckett on Sliders), Rae Dawn Chong, and Lou Diamond Phillips as well as Joel. 

Kari plays a woman trying to escape from her abusive boyfriend, J-rod (Joel Bissonnette), by moving to Toronto.  In the big city, she is taken in by a street-wise Hooker (Rae Dawn Chong).  The movie tells the story of how this woman learns to survive in the city and escape the demons from her past.
