* To get full intelligence (allows full view of all enemy units)
Choose the tutorial scenario with the computer playing both sides.
Let the computer play against itself and after it is done, when you play the scenario or campaign of your choice, you'll now be able to see all enermy units.

*To get extra prestige:
Move one of your units into a victory objective or enemy town, then cancel the move and repeat ad naseaum.
When you cancel the move, the prestige points you receive for entered are not taken back.
