Chocks Away

This works for the extra missions:

Enter practice level C take-off and fly around, then pause
the game and hold down [T]+[I]+[M]+[E]+[Space bar].

This will allow you accelerate very fast (though you will run out of fuel faster) and whenever you die you will be reincarnated in the same place. (Information from Cheat Machine)
