In order to fix damages, and reload weapons all you need to do is goto the `Options' menu, (the menu that you see while playing the game; when you hit [Esc].)
Then, hold down [Backspace] key and type KYLE

You will then see a `Cheat' option. (Information from Cheat Machine)
