On the title screen, make sure [Caps Lock] is on and then type:
SATAN IS YOUR MATE

The numbers 1 2 3 4 should appear at the top of the screen.
Now, chosing one of the numbers 1-4 will select that level, and when you start you will have infinite energy. (Information from Cheat Machine)
