ETHNIC SIDE DISHES

Spanish Rice (side order)

Bring to a rolling boil the following:
3 cups water
2 or 3 cubes chicken and tomato bouillon cubes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon each of the following:
Dried Onion Flakes
Dried Garlic Powder
Dried Parsley
Cumin
Chile Powder

Optional Fresh Ingredients:
Cilantro
Green Onion Tops (sliced)
Green or Red Pepper Bits

Add 1 cup rice; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.  Let cool 5-10 minutes
Fluff with a fork and serve.
