1-10 oz. Can green chilies (3-4.5 oz. Cans)
2/3 lb. Shredded cheddar cheese (16 oz. Shredded)
2 T. flour
4 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Milk
Mushrooms - sliced (optional)
Bread crumbs (optional)
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Layer chili/cheese/chili/cheese. Beat eggs, add flour, salt, pepper. Add milk to mixture to look like pancake batter. Pour over chili and cheese. Put sliced mushrooms on top and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes.
(Can make night before. Refrigerate overnight. Put bread crumbs
on top when ready to bake.)
