Never Fail Pie Crust
Sift together into a bowl:
    3 cups Flour
    1 teaspoon Salt
Add:
    1 1/4 cups Crisco

Mix together until crumbly, then add 1 egg (slightly beaten) and 6 Tablespoons ice cold water and 1 teaspoon Vinegar.  Stir well and form into 3 medium size balls of dough.  Refrigerate before rolling out.  This keeps well when wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen.
