Everyday Waffles
Into a bowl sift:
    1 cup Flour
    2 teaspoons Baking Powder
    1 Tablespoon Sugar
    1/4 teaspoon Salt
Stir In:
    1 cup Milk
    1 egg slightly beaten
    1/4 cup Cooking Oil

Mix batter until slighltly lumpy.  Pour into waffle iron (works with regular and Belgian irons) and cook until golden.  Yield: about 3 waffles.
