1943- Cub (daughter) of Aurelio Espinosa Ruiz, President of the Lion’s Club International of Chicago at Havana, Cuba, lawyer-notary & private housing builder, & Secretary of the Cuban Railroad Association. She was also daughter of the American born in Key West, Fl, Dolores Acosta Magriñat, one of the first women dentists in Cuba. (Lolita's parents built a beach house in the Medical City (or fringe) of the exclusive Santa Maria del Mar Beach, being members of the Medical Circle at that beach.)

1948-60 Primary & High School Studies = American education in the Cima School (English, Spanish & French), graduated of Bachelor in Sciences & Arts at the Havana Community House.

1950-56 Studies of Sewing, Guitar, Ballet & learnt Tennis, in the Liceum, Lawn & Tennis Club at Vedado; studies of Piano in the Hubert de Blanc Conservatory at Vedado; learnt Swimming in the Miramar Yacht Club & Riding Horses in the Celimar Horsy Club, before the Tarará River and exclusive neighborhood. 

1956-60 Studies of Typing, Accounting, Flower Decoration, Cooking & Pastry, & Gardening 

1961-62 Typing works, Notarial officer, Accounting & English translations

1967-76 Project works in Group of Housing & Urbanization, 2 Micro-Districts as General Designer (GD) (50 000 inhab.), 2 Towns as GD (200 houses), 1 Supermarket as GD, 1 Town as Specialist Designer (SD) (100 houses), Architecture Thesis Tutor, 1er Place of the National Competition of the “Monument to the Disembark of the Granma Yacht”.

1977-86 Works as Head' Section Public Constructions.  Project of the Monument to the Disembark of the Granma as GD (1st National Prize), Project of the “Mausoleum to the Artemisa Martyrs”, Projects of the Central Train Stations (20 work objects) as GD, Tutor of 4 Degree Thesis of the Higher Art Institute, 2 Published Articles in Monumental Architecture Journal, Remodeling of Cuban Embassies in England & Tanzania, Enlargement of the Artemisa Martyrs’ Mausoleum declared “National Monument”, Project of Housing for Cooperative’s Peasants.  Experimental Project of the Family Physician Community Office with Housing for both Physician & Nurse.

Works as Head' Workshop of Health & Science Works Dept., directing 11 main projects of main hospitals & scientific centers, within them, the Hospitals: Ameijeiras Brothers, Frank País, Salvador Allende & Pediatric Havana-Center (enlargement-remodeling); & the Centers: for Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology, Immunoassay, Tropical Medicine -IPK, Finlay Institute.  

1986-94 Head 'Dept. Tourist Works (100 architects, engineers, designers), controlling & advising projects at place of work of 17 International Hotels, with a Total of 3 209 rooms, among Varadero Beach, Long Key, Coconut Key, & Havana; the Olympic Stadium
(35 000 spectators), the Oars Canal (200 spectators), these 2 last for the Pan-American Games of 1991, & 3 Air Terminals (2 of 600 passengers in Camaguey & Holguin, & 1 of 200 in Long Key), among other works for Tourism.

Since November 2000 has had exchanges  with 35 delegations of People to People Ambassadors Program & Other Programs, in total with 850 physicians, nurses, scientists, administrators, as Dr. Rodolfo Stusser’s wife, & three independent with engineers & architects in Varadero Beach, and with political science students of the Sam Nunn School, Georgia Tech Institute. Since April 2001 is collaborating advising to improve the professional exchanges in Cuba with Havanatur & the Central Office of PtPAP at Spokane, Washington, & with Mary J. Eisenhower of PtPI at Kansas City, Missouri, USA.
