1000 A.D. - Based on civilizations from that time period. To be reviewed. ?????

Airbucks - Create your own airline and compete with other players online. MUST download software to play, but there is no charge for the software or playing online. They also have scenarios available for download at no charge. ***

Alien Adoption Agency - A decent strategy game with a lot of options to play with. Because of the different options no 2 characters are the same. ***1/2

Ambar - Another good fantasy game. this one has been around for a while now and has an improving player base. ***

Antrophia - Very complicated version of Utopia. Too many variables with no players guide yet. Still in its early stages of development. *1/2

ArchMage - This is a very good strategy game where you build a character and a kingdom. It has 9 single account servers ranging from turns every 5 minutes to turns every 20 minutes. Includes guild, solo and non-guild games. ****1/2

ArchSpace - The owners are currently shut down due to a lack of funding. If this game comes back up we will be reviewing it. They talk as if they are still wanting to bring the game back and are fixing known bugs during the down time. To be reviewed. ?????

Area00 - Air combat strategy game with good graphics and no download. A must try for the military jet fanatic. ***1/2

Artifact - This game allows free or pay play. You can do a lot without paying, but all the game's options will open if you pay to play. (Too many free games on the net similar to this one) **1/2

AstroNest - A very good game for the sci-fi fans. They have removed the federation server now. With 2 servers with slight variations in each that allow you to play single colonies in each one. Another game that appears to be suffering from a lack of funds. ***

Battlescope - This is a new game in alpha testing. It appears to be a good mix of text and graphics. To be reviewed. ?????

Conquest - This game looks very promising. It currently has 3 servers including a free for all with unlimited accounts. To be reviewed. ?????

Dark Age - This game is from the developers of War II. It is still under development and is way behind schedule. To be reviewed. ?????

Dawn of Time - As far as I can tell this is the first prehistoric strategy game on the web. It is still currently under development and appears to be behind schedule. The intro site has a good look to it so the game may follow suit. Will be watched closely for alpha testing date. I do believe they are registering players for alpha testing, but it was kind of unclear. Not functional yet. ?????

Dead Earth - This is a combination of strategy and role play. It is more strategy oriented and is very similar to Archmage. This game lasts 1 month and gives 1 turn every 5 minutes. ***

Dominion - This game is very close to Utopia. If you do not like Utopia you will not like this game. It does seem to have a few changes that I like. It also appears to have an evolving storyline with each reset. ***1/2

Earth: 2025 - This game has the highest player interaction of all the strategy games we have found thus far. Three servers and 5 gaming styles to choose from makes this one of the best web based strategy games of all time. ****1/2

EmpireQuest - Yet another new game in beta testing. This one appears to be a space war game. At the time when I tried to register it was a broken link. I will try again later. To be reviewed. ?????

FarAhead - This is a time based fantasy game. After reading the guide it seems to have enough options to be challenging, but also seems to have it's roots in Utopia. To be reviewed. ?????

Fight Over Fear - This game has now shut down and is not expected to be brought back. I will remove this when they shut the server down completely. ?????

Interstelen - This is a space game under development. Currently accepting apps for beta testers. To be reviewed. ?????

Imperial Conflict - This one looks like a good game. With the servers closing for most of each reset and only open briefly between it is very hard to catch the game to play. Very well worth it if you get lucky enough to catch an open server. Owners to need to invest in a little larger servers. **

Monarchy - This is another of those high quality text strategy games. It is one of the few with a fantasy setting. ***

Narmir - Formerely Forgotten World the game has been given a face lift and a new name. It does require java enabled in your web browser. To be reviewed. ?????

Netropolis - This one appears to be a business/ war game. To be reviewed. ?????

Planetarion - This is another space game that has some very good options that keeps you from getting bored with it. ***

Promisance - A very good blend of some of the best elements of many of the established strategy games. It is a relatively newcomer to the web based strategy games and has began to build a very good following. ***1/2

Seordcast - One of the few turn based fantasy games I have found thus far. To be reviewed. ?????

Shadowmere - A turn based fantasy game in it's early stages of play beyond beta tests. To be reviewed. ?????

Simcountry - New game with cash prizes for top presidents and CEOs. To be reviewed. ?????

SOL - Looks like the creator has a good since of humor from the welcome page. This is a sci-fi game. To be reviewed. ?????

Solar Empire - This game has struggled with major server problems and seems to be having even more troubles getting past beta testing. Still watching this one for them to debug the system or abandon the project copmletely. To be reviewed if it ever becomes possible. :( ?????

Space - This is a game by the same developers of War II. It is still under development and way behind schedule. To be reviewed. ?????

Space Merchant - This is one of my favorite space games. Great player interaction. ***1/2

TEQ - Excellent turn based strategy game. 2 servers, 1 team (clan) and one solo. Very good game for those with time to play only 1 game. ****

The Octogon Group - This is a web reality game that is in a class by itself. It is a spy adventure/ strategy game done in flash. It is pay to play game with a 1 time fee of $15 USD, but well worth it for the quality of this game. ****1/2

TVS - In this game you are a pilot who teams up to fight with other fighters. From what I could tell there is no home base to build up and the server only resets when one team is dominating the game. I plan to put thier theory to the test and see if new players can come in and have just as much chance as players who have been thier since the last reset. To be reviewed. ?????

Utopia - This is the most played MPOG of all time. It is a time based game (1 hour = 1 day) in a midevil fantasy setting. It has kingdoms you are placed into so you start with allies. A must for any fantasy buff who likes strategy games. ****

VigilantForces - This is currently accepting applications for beta testers. This game looks to have a lot of promise and I am personally looking forward to the start up. It appears to have good gaming options and great graphics to keep the eyes from getting bored. :)

War II - An excellent WW II based war game. Very playable with high player interaction. A must for all history buffs who want to put the military units to the ultimate test and see how they fair. Choice of playing Axis or Allied forces. ***1/2

World of War - Very similar to Earth:2025. It appears that someone took all the positive suggestions for Earth:2025 and created this game. No players guide yet, but still very playable for those familiar with modern day strategy games. Looking for many more improvements from the game owners. ***
