The Bedrock of Grace

by Pastor Toni Cannon

Praise Adonai!

I am excited because the Lord has been speaking to His people. He has been turning us to begin to examine His Grace. Truly His grace is vitally essential in this hour! I'm an intercessor in Illinois, and I concur that God is releasing Grace to the Church more so than ever before. It is lovely to witness God confirming His word. He speaks, then He confirms, then He proves (or brings to pass) just what He promised!

During the first days of November God began to speak to me of the necessity of the bedrock of His Grace. What I discovered is found below. I'm blessed to share what God has shared with me. We serve a Just, Loving and Faithful King.

God IS turning our attention to and sharpening our focus to His manifold Grace, and He is revealing other depths of Himself concerning the area of the purpose of His Grace.

He's revealing just how important His grace is in our lives, the finer details of its purpose, and just how He, by Grace, enabled the ministry gifts of the early Church days to fulfill their callings in Him. By Grace, long established mind sets and old wineskins of the law were challenged and overturned in the presence of Gods undeniable Mercy, Majesty and Sovereignty. In the presence of a Gracious and Compassionate Father stony hearts became hearts of flesh upon which He wrote His Word, thereby sealing the destinies of men and of nations.

The Lord has shown that we can not only not fulfill our individual callings without His immeasurable grace, but ministry gifts are not even be able to work together alongside one another in the work of the ministry to perfect the saints without continual, daily mega-doses of God's Grace. Mercy and Grace are inter-twined and together with the Holy Spirit are a three-fold cord not to be broken. Every day this cord is dropped down into our lives, for every day we need new mercies. Every day we also need new Grace to work the work God has ordained for that day.

Grace is so vital to the outworking or accomplishing and finishing of the work of the ministry that in every letter that Paul wrote he sought to saturate the Church elders and saints with God's Grace.

Each and every letter to the churches at Rome, Corinth, Galatia, Ephesus, Philippi, Colosse, Thessalonica, and to Timothy, Titus, and Philemon carried an opening prophetic blessing of Grace. Every letter to these also concluded with the same prophetic benediction of Grace. Grace was the necessary supernatural lubricant that enabled the locomotive-like movement and breakthrough in the work and workers of the Ministry of the early Church; God's Grace always facilitated God's purposes and plans. We are admonished that the Grace of God is not to be lightly esteemed or discounted as something to be taken lightly.

I'm hearing now the Lord say that He is laying new foundation of Grace upon which He will build and complete the work of these last days.

Grace is another of My mysteries unveiled He says. The Spirit of Grace is initiating this call for Grace -- for Grace has been all but ignored in the trying to do the work of the ministry. Instead men have tried to do the work of the ministry in their own strength, thru traditional rituals, dogma and such, but now men will begin to know God's all sufficient Grace for the work He purposes them to do.

God's call for Grace is a depth of His mind and heart revealed. It is impossible to work His works and fulfill the hope and potential of our callings without His Grace! Yes, cry out, wail and travail for His Grace, surely He says He will pour out unto you, He will not withhold or deny you! Grace will propel you into the days of Glory!

God's grace is His anointing. Great grace is great anointing... and His anointing smashes and destroys every yoke!

In Acts it says "great Grace" was on the apostles (4:33). Miracles and great power accompanies great Grace. Grace is God's all encompassing blessing, peace, favor and supernatural ability that significantly and in all ways blesses men thru other mens lives. Thousands repented and found inheritance and destiny among the saints as the first ministry teams preached and ministered in their meetings.

First generation ministry teams didn't go to anointed services . . . their lives were anointed services!

So shall it be with us, in our day! We shall not "go" to anointed services, but our lives shall be a token of evident and anointed service. The manifested Grace and power of God will walk in men more so than even before if we humble ourselves to obey and serve Him. Our service to Him will spill over everywhere we are sent. This is the anointing and Spirit of Grace that God is releasing to His people today. In that day people came and brought of their wealth and increase to the church because of the great Grace on the ministry teams. So shall it be in our days. God is right now releasing His great Grace to enable ministry teams to do this work of the ministry. And He will work as well.

It will take great Grace to supply to the Body what the members of the Body needs. It will take great Grace to successfully do the work of the ministry and perfect the saints. This Grace has been released to flow from the Head of the church, Jesus Christ. Because we know Him and drink of His Spirit of Grace at work in our lives, mighty exploits have been appointed to us and will be made manifest even more than ever before.

We will begin to touch the realm of a tangible, coherent understanding and wisdom of Gods Grace towards us.

Because we readily embrace God's Grace, our eyes will witness in our generation the performance of His promise to do abundantly more that we could ask or even think. Because we position ourselves to be filled with measure upon measure and wave upon wave of His Grace, mysteries we've not yet seen with eyes and havent yet heard with our ears, yes, even things that have not yet entered into our hearts will be revealed to us by the energetic power source of God's Grace at work in our lives.

As a prophet and intercessor I cry out for more Grace of God to do what is before us to do. Immediately I also see that this greater understanding and awareness of the unfathomable breadth of Grace of God carries with it a greater reality and visitations of intimacy with the Father. This intimacy is a new level and weight of intimacy that many have cried out to know with Him. There will be additional glorious but unexpected manifestations of Gods Spirit revealed as we welcome and embrace and submit ourselves to His Grace.

Serving the King,
TCannon
