We try to live out Christ challenge to love
the world as he loves us by aiming to provide support and love
to everyone in our community, all the way from the youngest
children, through families right up to the older members of
our village and area.
Every group has a specific team or
individual with the main aim of reaching out to them.
Have a look at the following groups and
see which one best suits you:
Babies,
toddlers, mums and dads. Every week the Koala Club
meets in the Church Hall, to entertain the children and give
the mums and dads a chance to enjoy a coffee and a chat with
other parents. As one of the largest groups in the church with
a hall packed with children every week we're sure you'll find
plenty of new friends here. We also have a crèche every
Sunday morning if you want to come to church but are worried
that your baby might not be happy sitting through the service.
Koala Club: Wednesday 2.00pm-4.00pm all
year

so much happening for Children and Young People that we've had
to give them their own page! Click here to be taken to the

20s and 30s. This
is really hot off the press, with more and more 20 and 30 year
olds coming regularly to Wonersh we've decided to launch High
Spirits a group that meets regularly to service their needs.
Every month High Spirits embark on a social event that takes
them anywhere from playing badminton to the London eye, always
followed by a meal somewhere! They also meet once a month for
a more focused time of teaching with great speakers coming to
share about issues relevant to this age group.

30+. Middle
Age Spreads (I didn't make up the name!) meet regularly for
meals at each others houses, giving you a chance to meet up
with other people your age away from the children for good
food and great fun.

Men. We
have a really active men's group in Wonersh who meet every
other month at the local pub 'The Grantley Arms' for a great
meal and a drink, followed by fantastic talks. Recent examples
have been 'Cloning: Right or Wrong' and 'How to Avoid
Stress'. Men's group is regularly attended by 30 plus men of
all ages 18 through to retired folk.

Everyone. It
doesn't matter who you are or how old you are there is a home
group that would suit you. Home groups usually meet weekly at
someone's house. They are more often than not Bible study
groups that aim to help people develop their faith and to
deepen relationships with other Christians.
