In order to provide a fun, learning environment there must be some rules. They aren't difficult, basically common sense. They were established by the channel owners in order to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant experience while visiting. Please take a few moments to read over them.

1. This is a place of learning and sharing. Intolerance... well.. it won't be tolerated. *smile*

2. This is an adult channel. Chatters must be 18 or older.

3. Masters and Mistresses are allowed in one other channel while visiting here please. slaves are not allowed to co-channel. A slave is expected to have his/her attention and focus on the channel in order to learn and participate. We would like to know you are with us.

4. Although observers are welcomed & encouraged, please remember this is not a parking lot. We are here to learn and grow and only participation does that. Lurkers WILL be kicked after 30 minutes of silence. If you must be away from your keyboard for an extended period of time, please change your nick to reflect that so we don't think you've fallen asleep or are ignoring us. *smile*

5. slaves wearing the channel collar {TOH} are protected fiercely by the channel. They are free to serve and move about the tavern, but permission must be granted by either Eochaid or Daemeon before they are allowed to perform flesh serves. If the two Masters are not present, their slaves, tavita{E} and ta`mera{D} may state how they believe their respective Masters would answer. Please remember that just because they are channel slaves, it doesn't mean that they may be used without consent.

6. If a slave feels that he/she is being harrassed, he/she should feel free to contact either tavita{E-1} or ta`mera{D} for help or advice. If neither are available, then the slave may leave a note for them and the matter will be looked into.

7. While spiritedness and impishness is allowed and acceptable here, please be aware that not all Free People find this type of behavior endearing or acceptable. So proceed carefully. Owners are not responsible for saving the slave who is punished for her misbehavior.

8. There will be no physical punishment of a collared slave by another other than his/her Master/Mistress. Any slave deemed overtly disrespectful can be caged until a time that they can demonstrate the ability to behave properly. The slave will be directed to leave #Three`Oaks`Haven and join #Three`Oaks`Slavebox for this purpose.

9. All slaves must request permission to leave, including AFK and BRB.
