The idea with this deck is to get the Black hole out of the tent ASAP. Then start reporting scouts to the Gamma quadrant and establishing gateways. If you run into a dilemma that stops you download an Adapt: Negate Obstruction if you don't have one in your hand. The Regenerate is in the tent incase you go through your deck and need more cards. There are a few flaws in this deck. One is that if your opponent has Bajoran wormholes or wormholes in their deck they can come and hunt the scouts. This deck works very well, it has only lost once when I wasn't paying attention to my opponent ( a fatal mistake).
