in the waking hours,

when i can't sleep,

when the moon shines,

and the night is deep.

i let my mind,

wonder and travel,

thinking of people,

places and things that marvel,

those times i think of you,

my love of faraway,

with incredible friendship and love,

impressions to me that will stay,

i say a prayer

i pray you are blessed,

protected and strong in faith,
