The Tollans
The Tollans are a technologically advanced race, who are at war with the
Go'auld, and one shot form an Ion cannon, can destroy a Go'auld mother
ship. The Tollans are reluctant to share their technology with a less
advanced race, because the last time they did, their world was destroyed.
After Tollan was destroyed, the Nox took then in, and they built themselves
a new stargate, as they were out of the origional stargate system.
