This website looks good when the user first opens the page, it is a two frame affair with the left hand frame been the navigation bar and the right hand frame been the display window.  The graphic on the home page is good with new and old Chester City photos been used.

The latest news area of the site is in the way of a Diary which the visitor has to choose the month and then read the short entries for each day in that month, more details on these news items would of been good but it is still a nice idea.

The table on the fixture table could of been stretched out a bit to make it a one line per game look, but alas it has two lines per game, the details of these games are to the point with goal scorers and goal times included plus attendance figures for both home and away games.  The visitor should they wish can view the results of the Youth, Ladies and Pre-Season games from a navigation bar at the top of the screen.

The stats on the Statistics page are a bit cluttered maybe to save on bandwidth costs, but a better design would be advantageous on this page, a good aspect of this is that the stats go back to season 1996/7.

The player profiles are informative, with pictures of the players and a short rundown of their careers and honours they have gained.  Again a navigation bar at the top of the page allows the visitor to choose the different type of player.

The match reports could of benefited from action photos as well as a small photo of the programme, the reports on a whole are well written.

A unique area of the site is the Supporters areas, the best of which is the use of a fanzine on the official page, also you can check up on your Chester City ISA and if you live out of the area join the Chester City Exiles

The last area of the site is the Site Map not all webpages put these up but Chester City have and it makes searching the site very easy - full marks to the webmaster.
