Azonia With Baby?

Naia     *T'sentrati salute*  Mail for you, Commander, from a fan.  Apologies on the extreme delay, but I'm only just clearing out the vast fanmail backlog now.

Azonia     I suppose when one is dead, receiving mail at all is a wonder.  *accepts letter*  Dismissed.

Naia     *salutes once more, before leaving*

Dear Azonia,
You and Khyron are two of my three favorite characters in Robotech.

Azonia     You flatter me with your kind remark.  I'm pleased to rank so highly on your list.

It is too sad that you and Khyron had to die. I really like the way your character is played out.

Azonia     Quite the contrary, a glorious death in battle is never sad.  Dying well is an honour in our culture!  I would much prefer my fans celebrate my life than grieve my death.

I have a question. Do you think that you and Khyron might have ever had children, if you had not died at the end of the first robotech series?

Azonia     I won't deny having taken part in the type of Micronian recreation that results in the creation of offspring.  However, I can't speculate on the likelihood of children in our case, as I don't know the length or frequency of activity required before they result.  I'm also unsure we could attend to the needs of a child if one occurred, as neither of us know anything about their care.  Though there is a certain appeal to the idea, I doubt its feasibility.

I ask this because I like to write fanfiction and have written and am still writing a fanfiction based on the thoughts of my dear friend Knightewolfe. Wer are writing two different stories based on the same idea. My fanfic is titled Khyron's Love and his is title Robotech : Child of Khyron.

Azonia     I may look into the fictions you mentioned; the premise is of interest to me.

Khightewolfe asked Khyron this same question and I would like to hear your thoughts on it.

Azonia     I think I recall the day he answered that fanmail.  I found it strange, as he came to me drunk and demanding to know my intentions concerning that Micronian form of recreation.  I told him they were the same as anyone else's, of course. . . at which point he got upset and told me I was too much a woman for my own good.  I never knew what that was really about before now.

Sincerely, Countess Nova Victoria Jade Satori.
A loyal fan of Khyron & Azonia.

Azonia is a Robotech character I own no rights to, and as always I'm not trying to make money off anyone else's ideas.  Naia Zifu, however, is my creation in name, image, and persona.
The opinions expressed in fanmail replies are my own, although I try to present them in a way the characters might if they were real.  I stand by all stated opinions just as firmly as if they were fact.
