Letters!  We Get Letters!

Naia's Fictional Fan Mail Service

Status: (Vast -_-; ) Backlog Cleared, Fanmail Open

The Rules:

  1. This is not a contest to make your favourite character have more letters than the others!  I don't mind follow-up fan mail within reason, but if I suspect someone's just trying to give their favourite character the most letters, I will discard all their future letters unread.
  2. I am not your teacher, and it is not my job to correct spelling and grammar.  Any mistakes you make will be left in for the world to see, and may be subject to jokes if it's in character to do so.
  3. Get the characters' names right!  If you were writing a real fan letter, it would be terribly rude to misspell the celebrity's name or call them by any nickname or alternative name.  You will show these fictional "celebrities" no less respect.
  4. Keep letters as clean as possible.  I'm not that easily offended myself, but some readers may be, and we should try to respect that.
  5. I reserve the right to answer letters selectively, as well as to edit for length, content, and/or excessive stupidity of questions.
  6. It is encouraged to mail characters who haven't any (or much) mail yet, so if you (or someone you know) enjoys those characters, do write in!
  7. It is also highly encouraged to mail my fancharas-- it gets on my good side ^_^ .

Mailable Characters:

Robotech:

I think of and treat RT as a totally separate entity from all the original anime it's made from, due to the number and degree of character and storyline changes.  I'll expect all letter writers to do the same.

Gargoyles: Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon: The Pretender: Heroes:

Fannish mail only, nothing asking for theories or information.  (Or if so, just remember I do a lot of creative BSing ^_^ .)  And yeah, the selection of charas isn't big, but these are my faves, so that's whom I pay my attention to :-P .
Forever Knight:
Cybersix:
Bakuretsu Tenshi
Ouran High School Host Club:

I know, opening myself up to all kinds of scariness with this!  But traffic is traffic, so we'll see. . .
All character lists are subject to change (additions or deletions) at any time without notice.

Ready?  Now Send It!

Before sending your fan mail, you may want to proofread it for spelling/grammar errors, possible offensive content, excessive stupid questions, or anything else that might cause Naia displeasure.  The more pleasant the mail is, the more pleasant the response may be!
To avoid confusion, clearly label your e-mail subject as fanmail, with the name of the character.  Virtual fan gifts are best sent as a link rather than an attachment; suspicious attachments won't be opened and mail may be deleted unread.
Send all fan mail to:  [email protected]
I take no responsibility for lost, late, misplaced, or misdirected mail.  If your mail doesn't appear in the next update, you may re-send it once more in case it was lost.  Annoying Naia by sending the same mail many times will cause all your future fan mail to be deleted unread.

Disclaimers:

These characters are all fictional.  Opinions expressed in the fan mail are my own, though I try to present them as the characters might if they were real.  Fan mail is for entertainment purposes only; not to be taken seriously!
All series characters are owned by their respective copyright holders and are used without permission.  I make no claim to those characters and, as always, I'm not trying to make money off other people's ideas.
All fanfic characters are owned by me.  I can't make money from them in fics, either, but I reserve all rights to them, and keep the option open of using them (or the essence thereof) for possible future profit.
Fan mail replies fall under the category of fanfic, and are subject to the same rules in respect to copyright and use as any other fics I write.  You may link to your own personal reply, but any other use must be cleared with me first.
The concept of fictional fan mail is not mine; I started to do this because the other fanmail pages I knew either ceased to exist or ceased updating.  (I think a few others have sprung up since, though. . . wish they'd send some of their traffic over here. . .)  To whomever originated the idea (and can prove it!), if this page offends you and you ask me to stop, I'll remove it.
