Questions About Seiya?  Ask Taiki!

    *examines mail*  Late again. . .this one's dated the 23rd of May, when it's now June first!  Zifu-san, you really should check your e-mail more often!
    Here we have another fanmail from the same person as last time.  Did we ever find out his/her name?

    Yeah, she said it was Katherine :-) .  Nice name, eh?

    Not that you would be biased at all, eh, Zifu-san?  But on with the fanmail:
    Dear Katherine,

 I have a question for taiki again well, actually 2

anyway Is taiki or seiya the leader?

    Seiya, because Taiki doesn't want the job ^_^' !  Though I could take charge if the situation demanded it, I'm much more comfortable in a supporting role.

And why don't you like seiya being friends with serena?
(i hope that sounds right!)^^;;.

    I take personal offence to that!  I have much better taste than to hang out with that Valley Girl twit!

    And you wonder why no-one's sent you fanmail?
    Before Seiya has a conniption here, let me explain:  Due to the often large differences between the real (Japanese) and dub versions of anime, and the characters therein, the differing versions are often seen as different entities entirely.

    In other words, Serena and Usagi aren't the same person.  My Odango is so much sweeter, more charming, caring, and selfless than that Serena person could even hope to be!  And this very handsome and beautiful Seiya-sama has much better taste than to hang out with a selfish, annoying Valley Girl like Serena! *pants*

    *raises an eyebrow*  Finished now?

    Yeah, I think so.

    Then let me get on with the answer:
    *clears throat*  There are a number of reasons I don't like Seiya becoming close with Tsukino-san.  Let me enumerate:

1. Seiya doesn't want to be just friends with her, but her date as well.
2. We came to Earth for one reason only, to search for our Kakyuu-princess.  The more time and energy Seiya wastes on Tsukino-san, the less she has left to devote to our mission, and thus, the less likely it is to succeed.
3. Tsukino-san's friends, especially Ten'ou-san and Kaiou-san, don't agree with Seiya dating her.  The more Seiya tries to date Tsukino-san, the more trouble her friends make for all of us.  This is also counterproductive to completing our mission.
4. Wherever Tsukino-san goes, trouble follows.  Our mission is too important to risk Seiya being killed helping that girl.
5. After finding our princess, we have to return to our home on the other side of the galaxy.  It's not right to become too involved with the people of this planet knowing we'll have to leave and might never see them again.
6. Listening to Seiya talk about her is just so damned annoying ^_^; . . .
