Welcome to Anime Wars here we will pit charecter against charecter
in a FAIR way by that i meen i will ask people who they think would win
and why they think that.
This all started with me and a freind arguing over who would win between a robotech and a eva

Rules:
1.charecters can be from any where and batlles will be fair(no pen pen vs. Supersayan Goku)
2.Battle feild will be choosen at random and will give particular advatage to either combatant
3.Um that is about it
Fight 1 Penpen vs. Pikachu battle of the mascots
Fight 2 Sailor Moon vs. Sailor Mars battle of the world
