3 phase Rotation Tester

The first phase is one connected to the capacitor, the second phase is connected to the light bulb that is lighter and the third phase is one connected to the darker light bulb.

The capacitor and the light bulbs must be rated to the line voltage!

In formula R is resistance of the light bulb (U^2/P), Pi=3.14 and f is frequency of the line voltage.
