Lobo expressing his feelings for country musicWell, whoop-de-fraggin'-doo!

So, ya wanna enter th' mind of th' Main Man, be prepared for th' worst fraggin' ride of your life, ya' bastich! First I'm gonna rip yer bleedin' heart out, ya little cheezwit, an' then I'm gonna kick yer little fraggin' face in, and then I'm gonna put my mean ol' hook an' chain right up yer drong-wit...

Lobo is the most evil and terrifying creature you'll ever find. His field of interests lies in insulting people, getting drunk, fraggin' people, starting fights (and hopefully frag someone), getting even more drunk, destroy others property and finally to frag some more. Oh yes, there's one odd thing though, he has a bunch of golden space-dolpins which he actually cares for.

Lobo as a kidLobo was born on the planet of Czarnia. It was a place of peace and happiness where people enjoyed a high degree of culture and knowledge. Then came Lobo. Soon it was clear that he was a little bit different than all the rest. By the age of seventeen, he had killed every other inhabitant of the planed by breeding a genetically mutated insect. He soon found his career, a job he truly enjoyed: Bounty hunting. Since hunting people, burning down towns in the process and eventually killing them in some foul and cruel way was an everyday habit for the Main Man it just came natural. Some people take this too serious, that's why Lobo isn't liked very much on many planets.

Lobo as a snailIt isn't always easy to know when your facing Lobo since he has appeared as a multitude of beings such as Lobocop, a squirrel, a snail, a woman(!) and some other beings. He is known in the whole galaxy as "The Main Man" and feared for his brutality. He's equipped with tons of weapons and a nasty ability, if he gets wounded, new Lobos grow from every drop of his blood.

Lobo was so successful as a comic character that he eventually got his own comic series. The stories are by Alan Grant, the graphical art is from various artists, often Simon Bisley, an artist we have honored with his own page on The Comics Cosmos.
