Two rooms

by Karin

She's coming,
in his room,
waiting for him.

He's sitting
in her room
waiting for her.

It's late,
she's sleeping,
alone in his bed,
waiting for him.

He's standing up,
angry with her,
(where is she tonight?)
leaving her room.

He comes
in his room,
waking her
with his footsteps.

Is it you?
Is it you?
A kiss is ending
all questions.
