· Profile: A lonely but gifted student of computer science at Princeton, Caitlin was recruited for a government project that secretly intended to develop super humans; International Operations, or IO. Since she was offspring to Alex Fairchild she was a perfect target for genetic mainipulation. Under the Gen-active project, Fairchild manifested her powers in the form of a well built, extremely strong, six-foot tall Amazon woman. Realizing the fate that would be before them she decided to escape and helped free her fellow test subjects and led the way to freedom. At first, after escaping Caitlin went to meet her family, for she was raised by her aunt and uncle, with her cousin Karen, but Karen's husband had sold her out to the government, so she had to escape from there. Their escape route eventually led them to La Jolla, CA. There the group, now known as Gen13, intends to develop their powers guided by their mentor, John Lynch. As the brightest and most initiative of the group, Fairchild has been deemed Gen13's unofficial leader and always feels responsible for the actions of the whole group. She's the one more obssessed about finding her lost father, who hid to keep her free from danger.

· Powers/Abilities: Fairchild possesses super-human strength, allowing her to lift and hurl objects as large as a full-sized train. Almost an impenetrable force with her great size, dense mass, speed, and agility, Fairchild makes a fearsome enemy. She is also extremely intelligent and quick on her toes in any situation.

NOTE : According to Threshold, all the kids of Gen13 have the potential of being telepaths and telekinetics.
