Animal Cloning
Example of Animal Cloning---Dolly
How Was Dolly Cloned?
on February 22, 1997 scientists at the Roslin Institute in Edinburgh, Scotland did not announce that they have cloned for the first time ever. What they really did was the first cloning of a mammal from an adult cell.
the scientists took a mammary cell from a sheep and put it into an egg. They let this egg grow into an embryo, and then transplanted this fused embryo and put it in a recipient ewe, acting as a surrogate mother. This occurred late in January of 1996. This was the day of fusion date(kind of like the conception date for the cloning world) for Dolly. On July 5 at 4 P.M. Dolly was born in a shed down the road from the institute.

How About Human???
The process of human cloning:

1.You need to remove chromosomes from a human egg like fig 1.2
2. Then fuse a adult cell against the egg that without chromosomes using electricity
3.Two cells fuse to become one. The egg gains a full set of genes from the adult and thinks it has been fertilised. It begins to divide to become an identical twin (clone) of the adult.
4. finally, put the egg back to the human body.
