2332
A young man was destined to be born. It was arranged. That man was Benjamin Sisko. His father, Joseph, met, married and sired a son to Sarah. After Benjamin's birth in 2332, Sarah left the marriage, and Benjamin was under the impression his mother was someone else, a woman Joseph later married.

2350
Entered Starfleet Academy.

2351
Now captain of SFA's Wrestling team. He lost an important match to the Vulcan team headed by Solok.

2354
Upon graduating from SFA, Benjamin met and fell in love with his future wife, Jennifer. They met at Gilko Beach on Earth. They married the same year.

2355
Jennifer and Ben had a son. They named him Jake.

late 2350s
While still early in his career, Ensign Sisko met the Trill Curzon Dax, a mentor, while serving some months together aboard the U.S.S. Livington. Then transferred to the U.S.S. Okinawa, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander, under the authority of Captain Leyton. While on the Okinawa, he became a veteran of the Federation-Tzenkethi war.

2367
Served on the U.S.S. Saratoga with wife Jennifer, as Lieutenant Commander and Executive officer. The Saratoga was destroyed at Wolf 359 by the Borg, headed by Locutus; a once was Captain Jean-Luc Picard. The battle brought with it much tragedy, including the loss of Jennifer Sisko, wife to Benjamin and mother to eleven year old Jake.

Following Wolf 359, assigned to Utopia Planetia Fleet Yards on Mars. Lost contact with Curzon Dax. Collaborated ideas on new Defiant-class ship, which would later be used at Deep Space Nine. He and Jake lived there for almost three years.

2369
Promoted to rank of Commander and commanded to station Deep Space Nine, formerly Cardassian run Terok-Nor, near the planet Bajor.

With help of DS9s science officer Jadzia Dax, whom he previously knew as Curzon, discovered stable wormhole near Bajor that led to the Gamma Quadrent.

Shortly after starting DS9 assignment, became Bajoran religious icon when contact was made by him with mysterious wormhole life-forms Bajorans recoginzed as their Prophets. He was now Commander of a Space Station and religious Emissary to a whole planet.

2370
Had first romantic "interest" since Jennifer's death with a woman named Fenna. She turned out to be the telepathic psychoprojected altarego of the Halanan woman named Nidell Seyetik. Fenna was the woman in the red dress who kept disappearing. Nidell had no recolection of Fenna. Although it was a romantic interest, this was not a very serious courtship on the part of Benjamin.

Made first contact with the Jem'Hadar and the Dominion in the Gamma Quadrent.

2371
Made history when he sponsored Nog, the first Ferengi to enter Starfleet.

Through his poet/matchmaker son, he met freighter Captain Kasidy Yates. His "second" romantic interest (but first serious interest) since Jennifer's death. She peaked his interest when she told him her brother plays for a revival baseball team in a colony on Cestus III.

2372
Became temporary Head of Security on Earth when Dominion infiltration was feared.

Foiled a martial-law coup led by now Admiral Leyton with the help of only Odo and Nog. He was pitted against his commanding officer, friend and former mentor.

2373
Opposed Bajor's admission into the United Federation of Planets because of a pagh'tem'far (vision) that told him there would be danger for the Bajoran people if they were to enter the Federation at this time. The Bajoran Provisional Government decided to trust the word of the Emissary and declined the invitation, making Starfleet furious with Ben.

Was investigated by Federation Temporal Investigators for breaking Starfleet Regulation 157, Section III, Paragraph 8. When the Defiant went back in time to 2267 to stop a Klingon renegade, Captain Sisko, disguised for the time, met Captain James T. Kirk, whom he'd always admired, and even got his autograph. Temporal Investigators were Agents Dulmer and Lucsley. (Dulmer and Lucsley are a play on words for Mulder and Sculley, for those who didn't know.) Fortunately, it was found that there was no contamination of the timeline.

Found the lost ancient Bajoran city of B'hala, after a post-neural shock.

Resumed romantic involvement with Kasidy Yates after her six-month sentence was served for aiding the Maquis.

2374
Attended traditional Klingon wedding of Worf and Jadzia, where he got to beat the crud out of Worf with a big stick as soon as the ceremony was over.

Called back to DS9 in an emergency while on an away mission on the Defiant. Gul Dukat, possesed by a pagh'wraith, boarded the station and fatally injured Jadzia, and also destroyed the Bajoran orb on the station. Made it back in time to witness Jadzia's death by the side of Worf.

After Jadzia's funeral, went on leave (and took Buck Bokai's baseball with him) to Earth, to think, after the pagh'wratih's attack on the orb closed off the wormhole and his visible connection with the Prophets.
