Discovered Bajoran Wormhole, with help from Benjamin.
Was accused of Curzon's alleged murder of Klaestron IV's General Tandro by his son. She had preferred a death sentence as opposed to expose Tandro's role as a rebel collaborator and Curzon's affair with his wife.
2370
Almost died, when the Trill Verad, stole her symbiont and wanted it planted within himself. Dr. Bashir, against all odds, saved her life and with help, managed to get the symbiont back to her. During the few hours the symbiont was apart from Jadzia, she was terrified. After knowing herself and so many others as a part of herself, to be alone in her own mind was terrifying.
Honoured Curzon's blood oath of vengeance against the Albino with Kor, Kang, and Koloth. They went to Secarus IV to hunt and kill him, but when the opportunity arose, she couldn't bring herself to kill him.
2371
Jadzia, after much reluctance, participated in her 'Zhian'tara ceremony. It provides closure for the current host with his/her previous hosts, when close friends or relatives embody the personalities of the previous hosts.
She had her first romantic encounter with scientist Deral from the planet Meridian. His planet exists in non-coporeal time, and only comes out of non-coporeality every 60 Earth years. Jadzia tried to become non-coporeal as well out of love for Deral, but her presence nearly caused the destruction of Meridian until she was beamed away.
Promoted to Lieutenant Commander.

She met her possible descendant, Yedrin Dax.

After a grueling process of just-so-tradition, belittlement, and exercise, she was finally accepted into the House of Martok by Martok's wife, Sirella. Worf and she were then married, by Sirella, in a traditional Klingon ceremony where her husband got beat to crap with big sticks by his friends as soon as it was over.
Trying to complete their love, Worf and Jadzia wanted to have a child. In order to do that, Jadzia needed a resequencing treatment from Dr. Bashir. While going to the Bajoran Temple, which she rarely did, to give thanks to the Prophets for good news of being able to concieve, Gul Dukat appeared, possesed by a pagh'wraith, and fatally injured her in order to get to the Bajoran Orb of Contemplation. Dr. Bashir was able to save the Dax symbiont, but "...there was nothing I could do for Jadzia." Worf was at her bedside when she died.
Jadzia was born on Trill.
Underwent Initiate Training. In the program she won premier distinctions in exobiology, zoology, astrophysics, and exoarchaeology. She also achieved a third level pilot certificate. She trained under Curzon Dax. Her field docent went poorly. Curzon recommended that she be rejected. It was a harsh reality for Jadzia; it made her realize she needed a purpose before she could become a good Trill host. (In acutality it was Curzon's misplaced guilt for being sexually attracted to the young Jadzia.) She then decided to make something of herself.
After a normal child hood of throwing rocks at people's windows and such, and a failed initiate training on Trill, she entered Starfleet Academy.
Jadzia graduated from SFA.
With purpose behind her but a void in her heart, she re-entered the initiate program and passed at the age of 26. She made history for being the only Trill to fail, come back and pass. Curzon felt guilty for his treatment of her, and consented when she asked to be the Dax symbiont's next host upon his death. Previous hosts were, respectively, Lela, Tobin, Emony, Audrid (who had a fling with Dr. McCoy in SFA) Torias, (Joran, not known until 2371) and Curzon.
Posted to Deep Space Nine under command of Commander Benjamin Sisko, as the station's Science Officer. A slight taboo here amongst Trills, considering Curzon and Benjamin were friends, which goes against Trill law of Reassociation. But not enough of a taboo amongst the Trills that count.
She supervised her first Initiate trainee, Arjin.
Believed she was Dax's seventh host until she began to have vivid hallucinations and a dangerous drop in her isoboromine levels caused by the crumbling of a memory block created by the Trill Symbiosis Commission. It revealed that in 2285, before Curzon was joined, a Trill named Joran was joined with the Dax symbiont. Joran was a murderer and the secret was to be covered up by the Commission. It was agreed between Jadzia and her friends to not reveal this information to anyone.
Was reunited with Trill scientist Lenara Kahn. (Lenara's previous host, Nilani, had been married to Torias Dax.) Despite Trill law against Reassociation, Jadzia's emotions took over and she wished to re-kindle the relationship their hosts once had. Her feelings were returned, but wishing no exile for the two of them, Lenara went back to Trill leaving a heart-broken Jadzia on DS9.
She finally, after many subtle attempts, won the affections of Worf, after he was turned down by Grilka. Jadzia's familiarity with Klingon culture helped achieve this, but proved hazardous to both.
She was one of the officers miniaturized on the Rubicon.
