Bruno Stasiak: Engineer, Sculptor, Dreamer...
- Born Bruno Ryszard Stasiak in Zdunska Wola (Poland), on November 9th, 1943.
- Member of the "Solidarity" Commission in the Zawiercie (Poland) Steelworks.
- Imprisoned during the War State.
- Immigrated to Canada with a "one-way passport" in January 1984.
- One of the founding members of the "Emmigration with Solidarity - Solidarity with Emmigration."
- Contributions to the Province of Alberta: 18 years on special projects with Inspira Manufacturing Co. (Edmonton)
- Spends his free time carving in wood and marble.
- His works, based mostly on various religious themes, can be found in several Alberta churches as well as in select
private collections in Canada and Germany.
- Currently resides in Edmonton, AB (Canada) with his wife Malgorzata. He has four children.
