| Ok, this is real easy, but takes a bit longer than most salsa recipes. This is because it's cooked. This leads to a juicy taste, whilst keeping the freshness of the tomatoes. DO NOT use tinned tomatoes, they suck ass, man! Just chop up all the tomatoes, discarding the seeds, put in a pan on a low heat. Chop up the remaining ingredients finely, chuck them in and simmer it till the liquids gone. Should be about 20 minutes. Don't let it get too mushy. Cool in the fridge, and serve with nachos. Alternatively, serve hot with meat or fish. Nice! |
