Here is a list of the parts I used; I found them all at Home Depot.
All together, this Lightsaber cost approximately $50.

These are in no particular order.
1 chrome plated
Pipe about 1" in diameter and 12" long.
A package of 1" Rubber Tips.
A roll of Self-Stick Weather-striping
1 1H-1H Hot stem. This is a part to a sink. There are any different kinds, so pick the one you like best.
A 1 1/4" PVC Endcap. Make sure the pipe fits inside.
1 D ring for the belt clip.
A pack of Alligator Clips. But you only need one.
1 5 Circuit Ground Bar Kit.
Some Self-Adhesive Vinyl Pads. These also come in vast varieties.
Also, some Self-Adhesive Vinyl Bumpers. Pretty much just a different kind of pad.
A Valet Key Chain (optional). Another option for the belt clip.
You will also need:
Sandpaper
Black Spray Paint
Screwdrivers (flat and philips head)
Power Drill
Epoxy or Silicon Adhesive (I used Krazy Glue, but do not recommend it.)
Goo Gone or Lighter Fluid. For removing any price tag residue.

Start by sanding down the PVC endcap and painting it black. While that is drying, take one of the rubber tips and drill a small hole in the center. Take the hot stem and remove the bottom screw and rubber O ring. Place the screw through the hole in the rubber tip and screw on the hot stem. (pic 1)

Drop this into the top end of the pipe and secure with glue.

Take the now dry endcap and attach the D ring to the outer end. (pic 2) Before attaching the end to the pipe, you may want to insert one of your rubber tips into the bottom end to add some weight. Now attach your endcap to the bottom of the pipe. (pic2)

Cut the weather stripping into 5 strips roughly 5" to 6" long and apply them evenly around the pipe. (pic 3) You may want to secure these with some glue.

Take the ground kit and attach to the pipe roughly 1/2 inch from the weather stripping ; You will first need to drill some holes for the screws. Once attached, apply the vinyl pads in any fashion you see fit. Glue one alligator clip at the base of the ground kit. (pic 4)
