Who is the mysterious mascot?
Where did the come from?
And where did he get those cute ears?!
Robin GoodFellow. The man who I CAN'T get rid of, no matter how I try. Trust me, I've longed to
remove him from my brain, Ship back off to England, and get him away from my web page. No can do.
He shall forever annoy my soul. I do believe I have been cursed.
Who is he? Why, that is both a simple and complex question. He is Robin GoodFellow, half human,
half fairy son of Oberon, made popular by Shakespeare's play "Midsummer's Night Dream". The only problem is,
well, SHAKESPEARE GOT IT WRONG.
I have yet to here the end of this.....ARGH!!!
So here I am forced to tell you the unaltered truth about the strange young (Not really) man who
fathered half of the British, change the course of history as we know it, and ultimately end up in
America to annoy the likes of me, a poor cartoonist forced to listen to this windbag and do his laundry.
Both of which are excruiating tasks which have forever scarred me from ever being a normal human being.
Not that I ever was, mind you.
GRRRRR...Anyway, this disaster is nothing I have created. Instead, I merely amuse him by
making a nice webpage for him, and a wrangling him a couple of guestshots. None of which he wants to appear in, of course,
but that's a different story. So if you want to give this poor excuse for a male specimen a guest spot, please do.
It takes him off my hands for a while.
Robin Goodfellow's main purpose in life is to have fun. Orginially, that just meant scoring with every village beauty.
Then the stupid sot actually fell in love (more about that later). So, fun was found in other ways, including inspiring Sherlock Holmes and the legend of Sleepy Hollow, as well as numerous other myths and fables that would live on longer than he would in in England.

It's not my fault that he came over to America, he did it long before I was even born. He claims that Britian had become out of touch with it's faery interests, but I really think it's because England's gentry just became too much of stuffed shirts for him.
He refuses to tell anything of his encounters in America, but I have found pictures of him with Janis Joplin and a suspicious plate of "brownies". That where he got the scarf and the red tinge to his hair. The 80's...All I know is he cut his hair, got the sweatshirt, and decided to find someone to bug. He refuses to say anything about his experience, though he occasionally mumbles something about "Wall Street, 1987".
Now for fune he haunts the web, and has taken up residence on my page. He likes sneeking into my cartoons and comics, and occasionly on to others' as well. (See Izumi 2000 for details...) He enjoys fanart of himself, and is waiting for more.
