Dragons are centered in the City-Under-the-Sea off the Southeastern coast of Honrar. Their Emperor, Lilung, is also the first dragon, and is the son of the sun-dragon Tuao (hence the fiery breath) and Sashang, the Kaan of the Sea. They are immortal, in that they have unending lifespans, although they can be slain by accident or malice. They are exremely proud, unwilling to concede that any other race on Tu is as great as theirs. They arose en masse and ended the Cathurian Empire of humanity, when Lilung's son was slain.
They feed often on seastallions, and use their kin, the merpeople, as servants. They rarely have children, so the merpeople expanded much more and eventually broke free from the dragons. They still share trading agreements, for the dragons appreciate the merpeople's skills as artisans, since the dragons' hands are not made for fine work, and the merpeople need the dragons' fire to melt and forge metals.
