Goshogun: The Time Estranger
Is this part of a series? If so then it would explain a lot of things. If anyone knows...( I have found out there was a goshogun series, but what was it like?) Remy was part of a special group of people called the Goshogon. Now, 40 years later, she lies in hospital after a serious car crash and is on the verge of death. The story mainly takes place in her mind, with her friends watching her in hospital. OK, fair enough, but there are 3 stories taking place; Her adventure in a weird town where the people are obsessed with fate and the Goshogun team have been destined to die. The second story is Remy when she was a little girl in France and almost dies (again) and has to survive and the third story is at the hospital. The worst part in this film is undoubtedly the French accent Remy has. I'm not racist or anything but it does particularly drive you up the wall for the first 20 minutes. Other than that everything checks out - good animation, the action's alright, and it's certainly entertaining. So there.
