----------Notes: Storm is able to fire all his forward weapons (mini-missles, plasma cannon, and particle beams) at the same time at one target in one melee attack, however, it takes three attacks. To fire just the guns and no mini-missiles, counts as two attacks, and just one weapon at a time only counts as one attack.

Col Haxus and Storms Background

----------Colonel Nobel Haxus was born in the Nightbane earth before Dark Day. He grew up among the military forces with his father General Nendal Haxus. From his father he learned about the ways of the soldier. Col Haxus was born fo rthe military and his father saw that he learned all there was to learn about all aspects of military warfare. Col Haxus joined the army as an enlisted man, against his fathers wishes. He wanted to learn how the lower chain worked and felt about the military. After reaching the rank of Sergeant First Class, Col Haxus put in for his commission. Col Haxus graduated at the top of every military school he went to and eventually made the rank of Colonel.

-----------As the greatest leader of his time, Col Haxus was put in charge of a newly formed elite group called the Spook Squad. They were the special forces unit that primarily delt with the supernatural threat on Earth. After Dark Day, Col Haxus found new powers granted to him. He had transformed into a Nightbane. Frightened of what thier commander had beome, Col haxus's men drove him out of the squad. Roaming around Earth, fighting the Evil Night Lords is what brought Col Haxus to Rifts Earth. Fleeing from an army of Hounds and Hunters, Col Haxus stumbled upon an open rift. Looking to the army, 1000 strong chasing him, and the unknown abyss that awaited in the rifts light, Col Haxus decided to take his chance in the light.

----------Fortunately for Col Haxus he ended up out side the city of Kings Dale. Searching aroun dthe new world Col Haxus found a small group of friends that he eventually traveled with, a Ninja Cyborg named Sun Tzu and the Atlantian twins Heckle and Jeckle Hyde (Ulti-Max pilots). Col Haxus, Sun Tzu, and the twins became good friends and found much adventure and wealth in the hostile world of Rifts Earth. Traveling from the far western United States to the ever changing Phase World, the group gained many powerful enemies. Col Haxus used his share of the profits to save up to bye some sort of transportation, considering the twins had thier power armor and Sun Tzu had his cybernetic body. Eventually when the friends traveled to Phase World, Col Haxus had the Robotic Horse Storm created. Using Naruni neural technology, combined with the Mind Works robotic technology, Storm was created as a transportation device for the Col, a one vehicle army to protect the group, and a valuable friend to Col Haxus.

Sun Tzu's Background

----------Sun Tzu was named after the Japanese military genius Sun Tzu. He born to the Ch'i clan in Rifts Japan. Being intellectually superior, but, physically impaired, he was selected to make the transfomation from handicapped to super human. Sun Tzu was given the honor of becoming a Ch'i Ninja Cyborg. From a life of pain, suffering, and submission, he is far beyond the ideal ninja warrior. It seems, for the young ninja, that compassion for the inocent has given him a hinderence in his duties as a spy and assassin. On his very first mission he stopped the needless slaughter of children and gained a powerful enemy, his own clan. Fleeing from the wrath of his caln Sun Tzu used took advantage of one of the random rifts that plague Japan. His clan, outraged by his dis-honorable acts, gave SunTzu's brother one simple mission--Bring back Sun Tzu's head and organs, seperated from the cybernetic shell. Su Tzu, Sun Tzu's brother and Ninja Juicer, accepted the mission so as to bring honor back to the family.

----------The rogue Ninjaborg now ended up near a city called Kings Dale. He met up with two very curious brothers that piloted Ulit-Maxs and who were twins. The brothers accepted the Ninjaborg as a friend after a battle in which Sun Tzu nearly destroyed the whole onslaught. Heckle and Jeckle Hyde, the twins, only scored one kill each, a very rare occerence indeed.

----------Sun Tzu traveled with th e twins and came upon a remarkable individual by the name of Colonel Nobel Haxus, a strange creature indeed when the Col could transform himself into a funny looking raptor.

----------In one particularly fateful encounter the whole party was captured by the Coalition. The Coalition, intrigued by the apperance of a black warrior never seen before, questioned Sun Tzu. Sun Tzu cooperated with them and revealed to them the location of Japan and gave them the secret of Sound Suppresion System, which the Coalition took gratefully and incorperated it into a new form of armor. A light wieght re-enforced body armor. This armor only wieghs 20 lbs and has the protection of 315 MDC. By far one of the most superior armor that the Coalition has developed they reserve it for thier special forces cyborgs.

----------The Coalition gave Sun Tzu one choice, join them or be dismantled. Sun Tzu accepted but bargained his own terms. He convinced the Coalition to let him be a freelance Coalition Bounty Hunter, where he could employ whom ever he desired, whether they be D-Bees or humans, as long as they are only used for the mission and them "let go", permanently. The Coalition accepted and Sun Tzu was re-united with his party. After that they stayed away from the Coalition as much as they could but it was inevietable that they meet with Coalition scouts and patrols. Many times Sun Tzu was able to talk thier way out of the situation, but not always, there was always one or two officers that didn't like the freelance bounty hunter system and they were forced to fight.

Hawkeye's Background

Brian was originally born in the outskirts of Weisbaden, Germany. When he was 10 yrs. old his parents let him go over to his cousins house in the next town. A few hours after Brian had left his parents and the village of Weisbaden had been destroyed by an attack of "Giant" Gargoyles. Brian was having fun playing with his two twin cousins Hanz and Franz. Another hour went by and Brian's uncle came out to speak to him. Brian's uncle told him what had happened and he was more than welcome to stay with them until he was ready to face the world on his own. Ever since his parents death Brian was reading up on the gargoyles. He was determined to defeat the whole race of the demonic beings. Six years had passed by and Franz and Hanz had reached the age of 18 and were called to join the New German Republic. Two years into there service Franz and Hanz had nothing but good to say about the NGR. They both were given the rank of 1Lt. When Brian turned 18 later on that year he had heard that the New German Republic was looking for some well disciplined individuals to join. Brian was very eager to sign up right away cause he had heard how the NGR was against the gargoyles from his cousins. The day after his birthday he told his uncle that he was leaving for the NGR. It was reaching noon time when Brian had noticed a blue mist was forming over his head. The mist dropped over him and in a quick flash he was traveling somewhere unknown. When the flash had disappeared Brian found himself in a strange wooded area. Out of know where three bodies jumped on him and knocked him out cold. When he had come to he found hisself strapped to a table and a bright light was pounding down on his face. A man in a black uniform stood over him yelling in his face, the words were unfamiliar to him. Brian spoke out and asked where he was. The man turned to two other individuals in the room and nodded. One of the gentlemen jumped up and ran to the back room of the room and picked up a silver looking box and placed it beside Brian's head. The man told Brian that he was in Chi-Town. Brian was able to understand the man this time he assumed that the box translated the voices back and forth. So he replyed that he never heard of a Chi-Town in Germany and said that the man was a liar and for them to let him go. The tall figure shouted back to him that he was in no place to make any demands. Brian was feeling scared and uncomfortable at this time. The man was tired and didn't want to deal with this anymore so he directed one of the other men in the room to take the prisoner to the test room. Brian was placed in a chair and strapped down again. Small sensor tabs were placed all over his body. After the tests were completed a printer in the far back of the room spat out the results. A man in a white long worker outfit walked up to Brian with the papers and said that the Captain wanted to see him. Brian was then escorted into the Captains office and placed in a seat before him. The Captain glanced over the papers and a look of astonishment ran over his face. The Captain looked up and told Brian that he was very gifted and wanted him to work for the Coalition. Brian had not heard to much about the Coalition he had knew that they were allies with the NGR. By the readout of the tests the Captain figured it would be useless to put him through grunt training so he sent him to the Officer Training School. At OTS Brian learned how to speak American and learned the skills of an Head Hunter. Brian had turned 19 and had passed through OTS with flying colors he showed to be a good asset to the Coalition. Brian passed with such great skill he was given second in command of his own Head Hunter squad with the assistance of a soon to retire Colonel. Many of missions had come and gone and it was nothing that Brian was incapable of handling. The Colonel was very impressed by the way Brian handled the squad. A year later and Brian was given the rank of 1Lt. and had a cybernetic implant to show for a job well done. Three more years of countless battles Brian was promoted to Major and the Colonel then decided to retire. Brian had figured there could be alot more money made on the outside so he decided to get out of the military and work as a civilian employee for the Coaliton when needed. The Commander in charge of his unit was very upset by the decision the Major had made but granted his discharge from the Coalition. The commander figured he could be more of an asset to the Coalition off the payroll. Brian did small jobs for the Coalition from time to time. Since then Brian has formed his own mercenary squad and helps those less fortunate to get the Coalitions help. Although someday Brian will return to Germany and seek his revenge.

Ryan's Background

Ryan grew up in Chi-Town with Joseph II.   Joseph II and Ryan became good friends in college, when Ryan was discovered to have Psychic abilities.  The Coalition tryed to push Ryan into becomeing a Psi-Stalker, but Ryan wished to continue his studies as a Cyber-Doc.  With the consent of Emperor Prosek and Joseph II, Ryan continued his studies.  He was learned in the art of Psychic Healing by the Stalker trainers.  Ryan was on Joseph II's squad and remained at the younger Prosek's side thru most of his military career.  Ryan and Joseph II split up when Joseph II went to his fathers side as 2nd.  The Psychic Cyber-Doc stayed in the CS Military for many more years.  He was on many raids and patrols.   From the intense battles and psychic strain with his abilities, Ryan developed an obssesion for healing those in need of medical treatment.  During most of his missions he would heal both CS soldiers and thier enemies as they fell.  Seeing this, he was discharged from active duty by the CS Military.  Ryan gained a spot in the Chi-Town hospital with ease and flew thru the ranks there.  With his exceptional military career, excellent healing talent, and of course his connections with the ruleing party, Ryan made CS Surgeon General with ease.  Now Ryan often leaves the confines of Chi-Town and raoms the surounding areas in search of those who are in need of medical attention.  Although this type of behavior would normally be looked down upon, Emperor Prosek has secretly assigned a Special Forces unit to follow and protect the wandering Cyber-Doc.  Thier secondary orders are to capture any non-human patients that Ryan comes across.  Of Course, Ryan has no idea of this, as niether does Joseph II.  The reasons that Emperor Prosek does this is unknown, but speculation says, that it is a perfect opportunity to capture any non-humans within the Chi-Town areas.
