Alpha Geek: A smartypants high schooler who likes being wired but is not quite Cyberpunk. more like in training.

Choke: Money, just the term I prefer.

Cyberpunk: A ganre covering a fiction movement based in the future dependent upon technology, An outlook where a person knows the future is going to revole around technology and they want to be prepared, A way people dress, act, overall think. see general traits page.

Dead Tree Edition: Stuff on actuall paper, like a real book. Scary huh, like Amazon.com, Dead tree Edition stores in real life, the physical ones are even scarier.

Egosufing: Looking in all places on the net for you to be mentioned.

Flame Mail: If I get any of this i'll get really pissed. It's being as mean and offensive as you can via e-mail.

Fleshware: Flesh duh. Like mucsles

Greybar Land: The place your mind goes after staring at a blank computer screen to long of sifting though the newsgroups.

Hacker: A technically sophisticated computer user, someone who likes to figure things out. Like how to get into another system. Not bad people really although some start to get malicious and turn into Crackers. I know a few hackers and there's a BIG difference between them and us.

Hardware: Stuff you put in your computer, like a hard drive. Or a cd rom drive.

Hate Mail: it's stuff losers send to nice people to tell them they're stupid for saying something. see Flame Mail

Meatware: More flesh. see Fleshware and Wetware

Mouse Potato: A person whos just lazy on the computer, let's there body go to jello. Not me, I workout.

Nymrod: A person obsessed with acronyms

Read-Only User: A cybersurfer who doesn't interact and uses the WWW for reading stuff only. Where's the fun in that?

Shareware: Free software that is traded or download and used for a trial period then you are asked to pay a small fee for it, but you don't have to all the time, but it's nice for the programmers so they will keep updating it.

Shovelware: Pre-puplished on paper stuff re-puplished on the net.

Snail-Mail: Mail sent through actuall people on actuall dead paper, scary huh, you have to use real ink.

Software: applications and programs that are installed and ran on your computer, like screen savers.

Sundowner: A person who changes there day to day routine to be on the net when traffic's down, mostly AOL users. Ha Ha I've got Prodigy.

Technolust: What I thankfully suffer from. Because of that I gotta 333mhz, 8.4 gig hd, 32x cd rom, 128 mb ram, 56k voicemodem, and a HUGE expensize moniter Dell computer, my baby I adore my computer, I'm never not on it.

Treeware: Computer information and /related stuff printed with ink and dead paper. It's better than Mondo 2000.

Nagware: the remind on shareware to pay for the program

Newbie: You better know what this is or you are one.

Nosh: Eating, like how I nosh my brains out on crutons while Cybersearching

Unreal Estate: Cyberspace, any place that is unrealistic. I live there.

Vaporlink: A link that takes you to a non-existant page

Vaporware: something that people have said is going to be released but really doesnt even exist.

Wetware: A term for physical body. See Fleshware and Meatware

X-Iled: Lost in cyberspace.
