General: Connor was a pampered adolescent growing up being that he was an only child of a wealthy family. His parents were not always around when the young Connor needed them most, so he turned to his grandfather Gustoff for attention and affection. His grandfather started to teaching Connor boxing and fencing as a way of self defense and discipline after he was beat up by other boy�s in his neighborhood. At age 15 he ran away from home to live with his grandfather leaving behind what ever birth right he might have claimed in the future. Took his grandfathers last name after he left home. He was accepted to Starfleet Academy three years later after much difficulty.

During the time away from the academy, Connor has grown from the soft spoken adolesent he was when he went in and came out a more confident, able minded officer capable of fulfilling the tasks set before him. His first posting, fresh from the academy, was on Space Station number 10 as Strategic Operations Manager. It was there that Connor was first introduced to life on the front lines as well as drinking and the ever increasing advances from the women he worked with.

It was also first here that he obtained the reputation as a lush and the ever elusive Romeo or as the famed age old character, Don Juan Demarco, the lover of many women. Connor's life was a simple one for three years as he established himself as an able bodied officer with a cool head and rose from the ranks of Ens to LtJG.

His whole worlded changed when his heart was stolen by the very talented and very beautiful Charma(pronounced SHARMA), the owner of the Beam Out Port or local bar. Little by little, there relationship evolved as he changed his whole image semingly over night from the sometimes drunken frequenter of women to the hopeless romantic Connor always was. Niether wanted to rush things by sleeping together, so they took it slow a day at a time.

Two months later on there second anniversary as a couple, terror hit the station as Terrorist from the Cardassian Government invaded and took over DS10. Connor and Charma, along with civilians and merchants, etc. held off as long as they could in the bar until support arrived. Many died on each side that day, but eventually the crew of DS10 re-took the station. It was after these events that Connor and Charma consumated there ever growing relationship.

Three days later, Connor found out the truth about Charma's hidden past in a "Dear John" letter, fresh with tear. His love was of the Royal house of Milovskovie on the planet Meriben. Her planet was embroiled in a civil war and it was her responsibility to try and settle things peacefully. Connor was forbidden from having an contact with her. It was forbidden of any person to ever touch a member of Royalty without expressed premission, as the penalty is death. A bounty now rested on young Connor's head if he chose to proceed with their relationship.

Connor left Starfleet a week and a half later and booked transport on the only ship heading towards the Meriben planet. He had had to use up all of his credit waffers just to get the pilot to fly close enough to transport one person without detection. Connor searched feverishly for her, but to no avail. Thirteen hours later, he was found, sentenced to die, and thrown in prison.

Connor still doesn't know how he escaped. He had hoped to take Charma with him or at least see her one more time, but that was impossible now. Stealing the only ship currently in one piece, Connor headed into territories unknown.

Joined up with various groups of merchants and smugglers and spent a year and a half as a Marquis. Finally got some sense knocked into him by the Dominion after the Marquis were destroyed. Rejoined Starfleet after serving three years for crimes against the Federation.

Has now found himself working with Starfleet once again. Connor doesn't seem to have any alterior motives, but his heart is only sure of one thing. He will never love any other as he had loved Charma. It hurt too much to loose them. He may seem rough and tough on the outside most of the times, but on the inside he is like a cuddly teddy bear. The hopeless romantic is hidden somewhere under all the long hair, 5 o'clock shadow, and sober exterior of Connor Ramsey.

Is sometimes a bit paranoid because of bounty hunters looking to make a name for themselves and collect the reward offered for him. Connor doesn't know if it still exists, but the people keep on comming so . . .

Psychological: Something unforseen is his new inability to form lasting relationships. Will have to be monitored slightly to see if he comes out from the hollowed shell he has placed himself into.

Medical: Aside from the heavy drinking Connor has done his youth, subject appears to be in good health.
