History: Despite the fact that Gaia is over a thousand years old, very little is known about her. It is unknown how she acquired her powers, or any of her personal history. All that has been revealed is that she has been strapped to a rock (of all things) for centuries, protecting the Universal Amalgamator. However, when the amalgamated being known as M-Plate (composed of Emplate, Penance, and Monet) attempted to force Synch to tap into the power of the Amalgamator, he refused but freed Gaia in the process. The team, with help from this strange girl, defeated M-Plate and all was well in the world again, and Gaia was free.

Following that, she enrolled in the Massachussettes Academy, became a member of Generation X, and pursued Everett (Synch) quite a bit. A short time later, she decided she wanted to explore and live the world, rather than just learn about it. Understandable, considering she's been on a rock for a thousand years. She is now off on her own doing just what she planned, but may make an appearance sometime in the future.
