Title: Notes From the Underground
Creative Team: Scott Lobdell (writer), Chris Bachalo (art), Mark Buckingham (inks), Richard Starkings & Comicraft (letters), Steve Buccellato & Electric Crayon (colors).

Summary/Review:
The kids catch up with the White Queen, who is being held captive by GeneNation, and they realize that none of their powers work. Why? Leech. He cancels out powers and thus is canceling out Emma's and the kids'. Solution: Kick Leech. That's right, Queenie kicked Leech so he went unconscious, enabling her to use her telepathic probes and wipe out GeneNation real quick-like. After this, the small underground lair blows up, thanks to the Dark Beast. Meanwhile, Jono helps Paige deal with her realization of the Legacy Virus in her messy room. The the Girls Dorm blows up. Lots of blowing up in this issue.

Quick Thoughts: I done liked this ish. Why? Cuz it showed that the White Queen that she was still the White Queen. Quick thinking, somewhat ruthless, and one might say that she's very unfit for taking care of children. That was one of my worries when this series began, especially after seeing Sabretooth help the kids out in the Phalanx Covenent, that Ms. Frost would become another goody-two-shoes. But she ain't! We done be saved! Hurry for ebonics!
