History: Gil is the cousin of Angelo Espinosa, aka Skin. Gil was one of the only people that Angelo allowed to know that he was still alive, after he faked his own death and moved out of Los Angeles. From what has been shown, Gil is just a free-spirited surfer type who ended up getting involved with the Prime Sentinels of Operation: Zero Tolerance when he invited Generation X into his house for a place to crash and munch on some delicious Sugar Bombs (mmm... Sugar Bombs...) He escaped, along with the rest of the team, and has supposedly went back to his care-free life as an L.A. resident and slacker extraodinaire.
