This is a large version of the Janeway poster that can be found on "The Crew" page. It's an older picture of her because she still has long hair. Although...I have noticed that her hair length varies even within a given season. I have no idea why that is, but in one new season show she has long hair and in the next her hair is cut in the new short style.
