"Short-haired Janeway"

I happen to think she looks really great with short hair. She looks a little less forbidding and a little more approachable. The softer look is one the producers can develop now that it seems Voyager is becoming more of a 'family' and a little less of a 'Starship;' Janeway's role is moving from severe captain to a role that is a little more nurturing or mothering. This new hairstyle suits that development.
