These are the requirements for your page
if you would like to join this ring.
- Its primary purpose must be to showcase works of
photomanipulation.
- The works on the page must be at least 90% original (no
clearing-house or compilation pages please).
- It must be be a free site or at least have an extremely large
guest area (large enough to make the trip worthwhile to broke folks).
- If your site had a movie rating, it would get nothing more
than an "R" rating. No pornography, violent bondage, violation,
bestiality, or links to the White House. Tasteful nudity may be acceptable.

- While Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Superheroics will more
than likely be the main order of business, other forms of Photomanipulation are perfectly
acceptable providing the above criteria are met.
