The Command Crusier Leviathan
The Leviathan, for all intents and purposes, is the Brigadeflagship. The mere appearance of her during a battle can usually turn thetide. She is the only ship of her class currently in the service, and no othership has a brighter record than the Leviathan.
I spent a brief moment aboard her during a ceremony to celebrate my rising ofrank (I was bestowed a title of "Lord") shortly after the Krathakan Rebellion.Needless to say, the sleekness of the Leviathan easily put mybeloved Orion to shame. Officially, it took the Yugathan shipyardsalmost three years to construct her, and another six months passed before shewas declared spaceworthy.
Tactically, she is a mobile space fortress. Her shields are incredible, ableto withstand untold millions of gigajoules of energy. Her offensive weaponaryare mediocre, since her primary purpose isn't for attacking others. In contrasther defensive weponary are unmatched. If any ship, capital or fighter, evenattempts to approach her, the defense matrix would tear the intruder apart withinseconds. Her engines are equally large to compensate for her mass. Three LancomGilgamesh class engines are the primary thrusters. Hundreds ofmanuvering thrusters are located throughout the ship, giving her more mobilitythan expected.
