My Ferrets

There are a lot of misconceptions about ferrets. They are not nocternal, and they are not mean by nature. Although there have been cases of ferrets harming small children, it rarely ever happens. A ferret is like any other animal. It depends on how you raise them. By percentage, there have been far more attacks by dogs and other animals, on children, than by ferrets. Ferrets get a bad rap because they are different. Because ferrets are fragile, and require a lot of attention and responsability, I wouldn't recomend owning ferrets if you have small children.
Nipper and Bandit were raised well, and are well taken care of. They are very playful. These two ferrets act as cute and innocent as they look. The biggest problem with these guys is that they get into everything, and steel my belongings!(HeHe!) Besides that, they are great pets.
By the way, although ferrets are illegal in several states, it is legal to own ferrets here in Nevada.
