A few days before Unicron came to Earth Galvatron destroyed Starscreams Body. A year after he plugged himself to a computer and created a new body using drones. He when he joined his new body he contacted the sinister planet Unicron and  made a mission to first destroy Galvatron. When he united with Unicron they took over most of Cybertron and destroyed the Autobots left on Cybertron. Starscream killed Megatron and took over the decepticons. He betrayed Unicron and killed him using a energon missile. Later on in the war they nearly killed Rodimus Prime (Hot Rod). To show his anger Hunggr challenged Starscream to a fight alone. Starscream was nearly Anialated, and then he forfited. Sky warp then made an attemp to kill Starscream.
