StarFleet Operations (SFO)- By far the best Star Trek sim org on the 'net.  Using both IRC and e-mail, it sims w/ standard Starfleet, Starfleet Intelligence, and even a Klingon branch.  Live it...Dream it...SFO!

Federation StarFleet- A fairly new Star Trek sim org that I'm affiliated with.  Looking for members, it's a great place for simming, and just plain fun!  You can choose between IRC, E-Mail, and IRC Marines simming.

Star Trek: WWW- The mother of all Star Trek sites.

The Borg Collective- One of the best Star Trek sites I've seen.

The Assimilation Pages- Awesome Star Trek site.

www.StarTrek.com- This place is okay, although it once tried to rid all other Star Trek sites from the web, and you still gotta pay to get into some parts of this site.  As far as I know anyway.
