When we travelled the States we had a stopover in Vegas. While waiting for the bus to the Grand Canyon somebody stole the rucksack of my friend. Since she had all her valuables in this bag, this was quite unfortunate to us. So I started looking around in the backstreets in all the garbage bins, hoping to find at least her papers. I didn't find anything, but the hobo's who sat there around drinking their booze offered me some and thought it very funny. At last she got a bus ticket from her family and we traveled back home for three days, living on the last 10 dollars I had left. The food didn't taste as good as it was supposed to.

Recently I've heard a lot about the movie "SUSPIRIA", so I bought the video to find out what it is all about.
The music was fine.

A long time ago, there were only a few cars on the street. In our village, only the man from the grocery store had one, and a few other people. Every spring the streets and basements and fields got flooded and we went fishing on the street next to the river. In the evenings the grown ups used to come out on the streets to talk with their neighbours while their children played on the street. Sometimes a car would come, and then the people would step on the sidewalk to let it pass by. Most people didn't have any TV; actually, they didn't have enough time anyway.
