This is one of the most difficult to find European exclusives. The Action Master Elites are Action Masters that can transform (!), although their transformations aren't that spectacular. AME Omega Spreem has can rotate his guns in tank mode (similar to Dinobot's tail-weapon). I traded this one for a blue Microman Laserbeak, although I'm not sure whether that was the best choice. Oh well, at least I it costed me only $5, so that's still a pretty cheap MM Laserbeak!
